Ocean City

We took a few days and hit the shore.  It was a little foggy and chilly toward the beginning of the trip... perfect for visiting Assateague Island and seeing the wild ponies.  
Pretty much as soon as we came off the bridge, we spotted a small herd.

 

We drove around the island slowly with both kids riding up front on our laps.  They just loved seeing all the animals.  Next stop, the marshlands.

I loved this liver colored one... so beautiful.  We stopped to take pics of him on the way out.

Rus and Melissa invited us to the beach to stay in their company condo on the bay.  We are so very thankful for the time we shared.  Every day was filled with fun... like this day where Wyatt and Rus got to go crabbing for the first time.

We wound up with quite a few nice sized blue crabs and they went to the pot

There was a "cruise in" over the weekend and we got to see tons of neat old cars cruisin' the stip.

The weather warmed the next day so we hit the beach.
